Shipping fee

A shipment fee is added to the order after choosing the shipping method.

Delivery

The delivery time is 7-10 working days after Willmar has received your order. All parcels are delivered to your workplace- or home address. Postal services need to have free access to the delivery address. To avoid inconveniences please specify your address as precisely as possible.

Payment

Payment is possible by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or bank links.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS

Goods purchased from the e-store are provided a 14-day right of return.
Returns are not available for goods that have been modified according to the customer’s wishes (attached image, letter).

The product to be returned must be complete, in its original packaging and free of defects. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to lodge a complaint to the seller within two years from the date of delivery. The complaint must be filed immediately, but not later than within two months from the detection of the defect. In order to make it easier to solve later problems, the consumer should definitely retain the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove that the goods have been purchased from the Willmar e-shop. Without a proof of sale, the seller may not solve the problem.

The claim can be submitted for manufacturing and material defects. The claim period starts on the date of purchase of the goods. Expertise will be performed by Willmar or the company that made the product to determine the existence and cause of the defect. Independent Expertise – additional expert assessment at the request of the client, if the client is not satisfied with the results of the expert assessment performed by Willmar. The claim will not be settled if Willmar proves that the defect on the merchandise is due to the fault of the consumer.When the production of the underlying product is completed, Willmar reserves the right to substitute the product with the customer’s consent.

If you would like to return a product, we recommend you to contact us via e-mail. When returning products, we would also like you to inform us about:

  • The product you are returning
  • The product´s model

Willmar’s client

By ordering our products you are automatically registered in our customer register. The following information is required to complete the order: first and last name, birthday, home or work address, index, city, email address and contact number.

Processing customer data

Willmar’s customer data is confidential and fully protected, only the Payment Center and the transport service provider are provided with the necessary data. By registering as a customer of Willmar, the client has given permission to send him / her information by e-mail.
Willmar will use the client register to serve customers quickly and better. The Customer Register is not used to send ads without the customer’s consent.
